The investigative and operational group promptly arrived at the scene. Upon inspecting the vehicle, two bodies were discovered: one was in the front seat, and the other was in the back.
The identities of the deceased have been established. They are local residents: E.O., born in 2000, and S.T., a student born in 2010 from a school in the village of Spartak.
According to information gathered by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, E.O. purchased the car on January 11. After he discovered a malfunction, he sought help from mechanics, who informed him about the extremely poor condition of the car and the high risks associated with its further operation.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
