
The detainees were involved in the theft of mobile devices.
According to information provided by the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District, suspects in a robbery have been detained in Bishkek.
The incident occurred on January 12, 2026. A citizen named M.S. reported to the police that around 02:00 on M. Gorky Street, unknown individuals, using force, openly seized his mobile phone, an iPhone 13 Pro Max worth 60,000 soms, and then fled the scene.
Based on this report, the investigative authorities of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District initiated a criminal case under Article 206 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning robbery.
As a result of operational-search activities, three suspects were identified and detained: S.E. (born in 2006), S.B. (born in 2008), and Ch.A. (born in 2010).
The detainees were placed in pre-trial detention center No. 1 by court decision.
It was revealed that the criminals used a car with fake license plates to track individuals moving alone. Under the pretext of needing to make a phone call, they used physical force to seize the mobile phones of their victims.
During the investigation, four mobile phones were seized, which were recognized as physical evidence.
Currently, law enforcement agencies continue to investigate the possibility of the detainees' involvement in other similar crimes.
