According to information provided by the police, the incident occurred on September 30, 2025, near the "RIOM" car market in the village of Voenno-Antonovka. An unknown individual offered the entrepreneur his services to transport 65 horses from Kazakhstan through the "Ak-Zhol" checkpoint. As a result, he stole 2 million tenge and livestock worth 7 million 20 thousand soms, after which he disappeared.

The victim reported to the police on November 21, with a total damage amounting to 7 million 330 thousand 400 soms.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of operational work, law enforcement officers were able to identify the suspect and detain him. He is currently in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are working to establish additional facts in the case.
