The incident occurred on November 21, 2025, when a horse breeder contacted the police. He reported that on September 30, while near the "RIOM" car market, he made a deal with a man who promised to bring 65 horses from Kazakhstan for a total of 7 million 20 thousand tenge. However, after receiving 2 million tenge from the farmer, the fraudster failed to fulfill his obligations. The total damage amounted to 7 million 330 thousand 400 soms.
The case has been registered under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detained individual turned out to be 39-year-old K.M., who has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, an investigation is underway.
