The incident occurred on January 20, when a signal about a fight in one of the bars on Chuy Avenue was received by the emergency services.
A investigative-operational group from the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs arrived at the scene and found that a conflict had arisen between the establishment's patrons, escalating into a fight involving threats with a weapon. As a result of the brawl, two individuals sustained knife wounds.
This incident was registered under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism.
Police officers detained the suspects shortly after the incident: M.B. and M.B., both born in 2007, A.M. born in 2006, and K.S. born in 2008.
A gas-powered pneumatic weapon was also seized and sent for examination. Further investigation is underway.
