The incident occurred on January 16, when a resident of the village of Kozhomkula contacted the police. She stated that construction had begun on her agricultural land plot of 3 hectares, which is part of contour No. 295, without her consent.
This case has been classified under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal seizure of someone else's land and unlawful construction on agricultural land plots.
During the investigation, it was established that the mentioned plot does not fall under the conditions of land amnesty.
The law enforcement agencies detained the suspect, a woman born in 1961, named D.G., who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
Additionally, a statement was registered with the Internal Affairs Department of the Sokuluk district from 15 other citizens, for whom an investigation is also underway.
