According to the SCNS, after the detainee refused to comply with the demands, unacceptable methods began to be applied to him. Subsequently, T.K.A. decided to leave the internal affairs bodies of his own accord.
Currently, investigative authorities are examining the possible involvement of other employees of the Issyk-Kul Internal Affairs Department in this case.
