According to the information from the department, on January 17, a woman named B.Ch. approached the Sverdlovsk District Police Department. She reported that on December 18, 2025, at around 21:30, her son was kidnapped from Shirokaya Street in an unknown direction.
The woman stated that the criminals, threatening her and applying psychological pressure, recorded a video to create a false impression of her son's involvement in drug trafficking. This video was later used for blackmail, demanding 400,000 soms.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under Article 208 ("Extortion") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, when 400,000 soms were obtained, five suspects aged between 17 and 18 were detained.
