
The General Secretary of the Kyrgyz National Arm Wrestling Federation (KNFA), Yulia Shalyapina, noted that this tournament gathered the strongest athletes from around the world and became an important event in the international sports calendar, as reported by 24.kg.
According to the medal standings, the Kyrgyz team in various categories — cadets, juniors, youth, para-athletes, seniors, and masters — won:
- 39 gold medals;
- 34 silver medals;
- 14 bronze medals.

Yulia Shalyapina emphasized: “This is the first time that the arm wrestling team has brought back such a number of awards from the World Cup. Behind these medals are perseverance, hard work, and team cohesion.”
She added that this success is the result of the joint efforts of athletes, coaches, judges, the federation's leadership, and everyone who supported the team.
Additionally, the Kyrgyz team took an honorable second place in the overall team medal standings.
