In the last 24 hours, international news agencies have reported on events in Ukraine and beyond, which is especially relevant against the backdrop of the ongoing conflict in the country. Here is a brief overview of the key news.

Leaders of the USA and Russia, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, held a phone conversation in which they discussed issues related to Ukraine, Iran, and Venezuela.
According to Reuters, the Trump administration is considering the possibility of partially lifting sanctions on the Russian oil sector to stabilize global energy prices.
Vladimir Putin urged European countries to reconsider their decisions to ban the import of Russian gas.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban called on the European Union to suspend sanctions against Russia's energy sector.
Slovakia is ready to "enter the fight" to block a €90 billion loan from the EU for Ukraine if Orban's party loses in the upcoming elections, said Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico.
As a result of a strike by Russian forces on Kharkiv on Monday evening, at least eight people were injured, cars were damaged, and windows were shattered in apartments, according to local authorities.

In Kharkiv, search and rescue operations have concluded after the collapse of the entrance of an apartment building that was hit by a missile on Saturday night. Four people are still reported missing.
The ruling party of Hungary proposed to keep the gold and money seized from Ukrainian cash transporters, amounting to about $82 million, for at least 60 days.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the country has sent drones and a group of experts to protect American military bases in Jordan, and also mentioned 11 requests from neighboring countries of Iran for assistance in countering drones.
