According to police information, the incident was registered in the Incident Log (IL) of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department. During the investigation, all participants in the conflict were identified. Among them were J. K., born in 2007, and two other minors, one of whom was born in 2009. According to the Internal Affairs Department, it was the girl born in 2009 who struck the victim.
All participants in the fight, including their parents, were taken to the district department for further investigation.
A report was drawn up against J. K. for petty hooliganism in accordance with Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of Kyrgyzstan, and she was placed in a temporary detention cell.
Reports were also drawn up against the parents of the two minors for evasion of parental responsibilities under Article 102 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
