It became known that police officers discovered video recordings of this incident during internet monitoring. The driver's identity was established — he turned out to be R.N.R., born in 1996.
This situation has been registered in the Unified Register of Incidents of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District of the capital. An investigative check is currently underway.
Traffic Police inspectors promptly identified the driver and brought him to the local internal affairs office.
Relevant protocols were drawn up against the violator for violating traffic rules. In accordance with part 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, he has been placed in a temporary detention cell of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District.
The driver admitted his guilt and subsequently apologized, explaining his behavior as a result of his emotional state at the time of the conflict.
