On March 28, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran reported that a warehouse containing Ukrainian anti-drone systems located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, was destroyed. The information was published on the official Telegram channel of the IRGC.
It is reported that 21 citizens of Ukraine were present at this facility. However, this information was denied in Kyiv. Georgiy Tikhiy, a representative of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, called the statement "false" and accused Iran of spreading disinformation.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also commented on the situation, noting that Ukrainian specialists have been working in the United Arab Emirates for several weeks. He emphasized that they are cooperating with representatives of local security and defense forces to enhance protection against aerial threats.
It is worth noting that earlier in Iran, there were statements about the possible expansion of targets in the conflict. The head of the Iranian parliament's committee on national security and foreign policy, Ibrahim Azizi, expressed the opinion that the territory of Ukraine could be considered a "legitimate target" due to its alleged support for Israel.
