In addition to his new position, Akmat Kadyrov will continue to serve as the Minister of Physical Culture and Sports, a role he has held since May 2024. Previously, from February to May 2024, he served as the Minister for Youth Affairs of the republic.
Besides Akmat, another appointment concerns Ahmed Dudayev, who has also become the acting Deputy Prime Minister and will continue his work as the Minister for External Relations and Information.
As noted in Ramzan Kadyrov's Telegram channel, "Akmat Kadyrov and Ahmed Dudayev have significant management experience, an excellent understanding of their areas of responsibility, and have established themselves as effective and reliable leaders."
