The TV presenter emphasized the need for a clear definition of Russia's goals in this direction.
In the program "Solovyov Live," Vladimir Solovyov expressed the opinion that Russia's attention should be focused not on Venezuela or Syria, but on neighboring countries.
According to him, events in Armenia pose a more serious threat to Russia than what is happening in Latin America. "The loss of Armenia is indeed a big problem. Issues in Central Asia can also become significant for us," he noted.
Solovyov stressed that the country needs to clearly formulate its goals and objectives, as well as make it clear that "the games are over."
"We must ignore international law and order. If it was necessary to start a special military operation in Ukraine to ensure our security, then why can't we do the same in other regions of our influence?" he stated.
In his opinion, it is worth developing a "national doctrine" that clearly defines Russia's sphere of influence.
