Gustavo Petro, the president of Colombia, stated that Venezuela is under attack.
He noted: “Venezuela is currently under attack. Inform the whole world: Caracas is being attacked! There is a rocket bombardment. The Organization of American States and the UN must urgently convene,” added Gustavo Petro.
Since the morning, sounds of explosions have been heard in the capital of Venezuela and in other cities across the country.
So far, neither Washington nor Caracas has commented on the situation.
