On January 20, the Mnet Plus production team announced the premiere of its original travel entertainment program "ON THE MAP".
The program "ON THE MAP" is a global adventure show where K-pop idols explore different countries and complete hidden tasks, filling in a map. In one of the episodes, NCT WISH will visit Mongolia to complete a task that will help reveal new facets of their charm.
The first episode showcases the participants' arrival in Mongolia, where they begin to acclimate to the new environment. Immediately after the greeting "Сайн байна уу?" (Hello), the group faces their first unexpected challenge that tests their ingenuity and teamwork.
One of the tasks involves all group members needing to smile in one shot during an improvised photo session. Viewers will follow the strategy that NCT WISH comes up with to maintain their smiles and successfully complete the challenge. Later, during their first meal, an unexpected situation arises that requires the participants to show resourcefulness.
The production team noted: "The new season of 'ON THE MAP' focuses on six key traits and charming qualities that the NCT WISH members chose and discussed. We hope that viewers will find it interesting to watch how they tackle each challenge related to these keywords in unexpected places and situations."
The premiere of "ON THE MAP" took place on January 20 at 8:00 PM Korean time on the Mnet Plus channel, and the show was then aired on the Mnet channel on January 21 at 8:00 PM Korean time.
