Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Tony Blair was invited to visit Mongolia

A meeting took place in Davos between Zandanshatar Gombojav, the Prime Minister of Mongolia, and Tony Blair.

Zandanshatar Gombojav, the head of the Mongolian government, discussed various issues with Tony Blair, the founder of the Institute for Global Change.


During their conversation, Prime Minister Gombojav presented his government's program, including the strategy for Mongolia's development for 2026-2030. He also shared plans for the implementation of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence to stimulate economic growth and improve efficiency.


The interlocutors also discussed strengthening public relations with the Tony Blair Institute and preparations for the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention to Combat Desertification, as well as opportunities for future cooperation.

Gombojav invited Blair to participate in the Mongolian Economic Forum, which will take place in June, and in the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention to Combat Desertification in August.
