The police have already identified all four suspects. As a result of return fire from the security team, three of the attackers were eliminated, including the shooter named Raprap.
One of the attackers managed to escape; however, during the pursuit, three civilians were killed, and two bodyguards were injured.
It is important to note that this is already the fourth assassination attempt on Mayor Akmad Ampatuan. The police are currently considering the possibility of a contract killing, and the investigation is ongoing.
