In Tokmok, an incident occurred in which a man and a woman kidnapped a 17-year-old girl and attempted to kill her, as reported by representatives of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region. The incident took place on January 17, 2026, when on January 18, the girl's mother contacted law enforcement. She reported that her underage daughter, I.T., had been forcibly placed into a white Hyundai Grandeur by unfamiliar individuals named E. and A. near the "Atake" store.
The applicant stated that the kidnappers took her daughter to various locations, inflicting bodily harm, including stab wounds with a sharp object, as well as choking her and attempting to take her life. Later, the minor was left near the "Zhannat" hotel in the Chui district.
In connection with these events, a criminal case was initiated under Article 165 (Kidnapping) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspects in this crime turned out to be A.E., born in 1993, and A.A., born in 1994, who were detained in accordance with the law and placed in a temporary detention facility.
As part of the investigation, necessary forensic examinations have been appointed, and the case continues to proceed.
