During the discussion, he presented the following data:
- on Down syndrome: 135 cases in 2022, the same in 2023, and 161 expected in 2024;
- on autism: 99 registered cases in 2022, 90 in 2023, and 82 in 2024;
- on cerebral palsy: 753 cases in 2022, 586 in 2023, and 527 in 2024.
Deputy Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva expressed concern about the discrepancies in the data and called for the necessity of creating a centralized database.
In response, Aibek Matkerimov stated that work on this database is already underway and is in the final stages.
