The main topic of discussion was the development of Tokmok, which has the potential to become a modern technological hub. The participants of the negotiations reviewed the "Global Ecological City" project, the implementation of smart public transport, as well as the creation of "smart medical cities" using telemedicine. Additionally, the idea of creating an innovative platform for e-commerce, which would integrate business processes and the service ecosystem of the region, was discussed.
Sabirov emphasized that the republic expects not just theoretical concepts, but real results, including the creation of new jobs and the implementation of modern technologies. At the end of the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed, which formalizes the commitments of the parties to implement these initiatives. The National Agency expressed its readiness to provide full institutional support to Chinese investors so that Tokmok becomes a model for the successful implementation of intelligent urban environment management systems.
