Minister of Construction Nurdana Oruntaev responded that at the moment the company "Emakom" is in a state of bankruptcy.
“They have no funds, and this creates problems with projects both in Osh and in Bishkek. Half of them are completed, while the other part remains unfinished,” he noted.
Oruntaev stated that he is working to resolve issues related to the commissioning of completed buildings.

He also urged citizens to be cautious and not to purchase apartments from unreliable construction companies.
