From November 1, 2025, to February 6, 2026, 173,904 citizens of Kyrgyzstan used the self-ban on lending service through the mobile application "Tündük," as reported by the National Bank.
Recall that the new financial security mechanism, known as the "Self-Ban on Lending," was implemented on November 1, 2025, and has become an important step in protecting citizens' personal data from fraud.
The process of imposing a self-ban on loans through the "Tündük" application is as follows:
- Download or open the "Tündük" application.
- Go to the "Services" section and select "Self-Ban on Lending."
- Choose one of the bureaus – "Ishenim" or "SES."
- Click on "Activate Self-Ban" and complete the process!
If a notification appears stating that "The service is temporarily unavailable," it is recommended to update the application and try again.
