- The Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mirbek Duyyshev, reported on February 11 that breeding farms do not receive funding through the "FSH-14" program. Special mechanisms for preferential lending have been developed for them.

According to Duyyshev, there is a specialized program to support breeding livestock, which offers more favorable conditions.

“Breeding farms cannot rely on funding under the FSH-14 program. They receive loans through the breeding livestock program, where the conditions are more attractive: rates start from 3% per annum, and the loan amount can reach 20 million soms,” he noted.

The deputy minister also emphasized that the "FSH" program currently has a social focus, aimed at supporting farmers during the preparation and implementation of spring fieldwork. At the same time, separate state programs with larger loan amounts and different financing conditions are provided for cluster associations, breeding, and nursery farms.
