Starting from February 11, electronic navigation seals have been officially introduced within the EAEU to control the transportation of goods between the member states of the union. This information was published by the press service of JSC "State Customs Infrastructure".

Specialists from this state company successfully applied seals to the first international cargo shipments, which proceeded without any disruptions.

Previously, a similar mechanism was used only at the domestic level in the republic, but now the system has been implemented as part of the integration cooperation within the EAEU.

The process of applying or removing the seal does not exceed 15 minutes.

"The goal of implementing this system is to improve the transparency of cargo transportation, reduce control procedures, and accelerate the delivery of goods," the message states.

JSC "GTI" has been designated as the national operator for cargo tracking within the EAEU and continues to provide informational support to participants in foreign economic activity.
