Starting from February 11, 2026, a cargo transportation tracking system using navigation seals will be introduced within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). This information was announced by the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In accordance with the "Agreement on the Use of Navigation Seals for Tracking Transportations" dated April 19, 2022, the State Customs Infrastructure JSC has been designated as the national operator for monitoring transportations in the EAEU on behalf of Kyrgyzstan. Monitoring will be conducted around the clock by the monitoring and analysis center of the national operator, using a special information system and navigation seals that will be installed on the locking devices of cargo compartments. This will enable the control of vehicle routes and prompt response to possible emergency situations.

The process of installing a navigation seal will take no more than 15 minutes.

From February 11, 2026, the transportation of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and certain categories of goods established by the regulatory acts of the Eurasian Economic Commission will be subject to mandatory monitoring. In the future, it is planned to gradually expand the application of navigation seals to all commodity items involved in mutual trade and customs procedures of the EAEU.

The main goal of implementing navigation seals is to increase transparency in the field of cargo transportation, reduce control procedures, and decrease delivery times for goods by road and rail transport.

Additional information for participants in foreign economic activity can be found on the official websites of the State Customs Service and the State Customs Infrastructure JSC. Consultations can be obtained by calling the national operator's unified call center number: 1205.
