- The meeting at the State Tax Service was dedicated to preparing participants in foreign economic activity for a new tracking system that will use navigation seals for the export and import of alcoholic and tobacco products, starting from February 11, 2026.

Deputy Chairmen of the State Tax Service Kubanychbek Ysabekov and Azat Almanbetov, as well as representatives from the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, and the business community participated in the meeting.

As noted by Kubanychbek Ysabekov, the purpose of the meeting was to clarify the rules for the application of navigation seals in foreign economic activity within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) to business representatives.

He emphasized that the main task of navigation sealing of vehicles is to ensure the integrity and reliability of declared goods, which, in turn, should expedite the process of crossing the state border and reduce the administrative burden on businesses.

Ysabekov added that to provide methodological support and inform taxpayers, training events for State Tax Service employees regarding the new tracking system are planned.

According to the EAEU Agreement on Navigation Seals and the decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission, starting from February 11, 2026, permanent tracking of goods transportation using navigation seals will be introduced in the territories of EAEU member states.

This tracking will be applied to road and rail transport of alcoholic products, tobacco products, and tobacco.
