According to data provided by the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan, the highest average incomes are observed in the financial sector, where they exceed 67,000 soms. This information was announced by the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration.
In the industrial sector, incomes are also quite high, amounting to about 66,000 soms, while in construction, this figure reaches over 57,000 soms.
At the same time, incomes in key social sectors are noticeably lower. In education, the average salary is approximately 27,000 soms, in healthcare — around 28,000, and in the service sector — about 29,000 soms. Such differences in wages significantly influence career choices and contribute to the migration of personnel to more profitable industries.
