At the meeting, chaired by the Prime Minister and head of the President's Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, a report was presented on the results of work in the economic and financial sectors for the year 2025.
Kasymaliev noted that the country's budget demonstrated record growth, for the first time exceeding 1 trillion 101.4 billion soms.
According to him, this result is due not only to the increase in gross domestic product but also to the reforms carried out in the area of tax administration.
- In 2020, the revenues of the State Tax Service amounted to 78 billion soms, and by 2025 they increased to 304.3 billion soms, nearly quadrupling.
- As for the revenues of the State Customs Service, in 2025 they reached 157.4 billion soms, while in 2020 this amount was only 28.9 billion soms, representing a sixfold increase.
- Non-tax budget revenues for the past year reached 189.4 billion soms, which is 8-9 times more than in 2020.
“It is also important to note the rise in world gold prices, which significantly contributed to the increase in budget revenues,” added Kasymaliev.
