The State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, in partnership with sellers and marketplaces, has successfully conducted testing of a new form of electronic invoice intended for trading on electronic platforms. This was reported by the press service of the agency.
As a result of the tests, successful export of goods from Kyrgyzstan to Russia was carried out using transit through Kazakhstan.
The purpose of introducing this form is to create comfortable conditions for business and ensure uninterrupted export of goods from Kyrgyzstan.
The electronic invoice is issued before the goods are exported from the territory of the country and serves as a document confirming the movement of goods intended for sale on electronic trading platforms.
It is important to note that this document is not considered an act of sale of goods and does not create tax obligations.
According to the established procedure, the issuance of the invoice in the electronic invoice system (EIS) is carried out as follows:
It is necessary to log into the electronic invoice information system (EIS) and select the section "EIS for marketplaces".
In the upper right corner of the interface, click the "Add" button.
Then the taxpayer needs to fill in all the required fields in accordance with the established rules governing the issuance and application of the invoice for trading on electronic platforms.
It should be emphasized that the invoice issued in the system cannot be corrected and cannot be canceled.
For this reason, the taxpayer is obliged to strictly adhere to the accuracy and completeness of the information entered, as the data cannot be changed or canceled after being entered.
