Kyrgyz sellers can once again freely send goods to marketplaces

Kyrgyz sellers have once again been given the opportunity to freely send their goods to marketplaces, provided they have all the necessary documents. This was announced by Urmat Takirov, the director of the Center for Development and Promotion of Exports "Kyrgyz Export" under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan.

Previously, there were difficulties with supplies due to the introduction of new shipping rules for marketplaces. First and foremost, restrictions at the borders of the Russian Federation affected light industry products, which were subjected to inspections by mobile groups of the Federal Customs Service of Russia.

"To resolve this issue, several rounds of negotiations took place at the beginning of the year within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Commission. Representatives from Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, as well as marketplaces Wildberries and Ozon participated in the discussions. Some negotiations even took place during the holiday period," he added.

As a result, as noted by Takirov, an agreement was reached, and now Kyrgyz sellers can once again send their products to marketplaces, complying with Russian legislation and properly preparing all documents.

"When sending goods, it is necessary to prepare all accompanying documents, such as CMR, TTN, and electronic invoice (ESF). It is important that the electronic invoice is included in the document package when crossing the border," emphasized the director.

In addition, Takirov noted that after the commission's decisions were made, the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic made the necessary changes. A new form of ESF intended for shipping goods to marketplaces is already available in taxpayer offices.
