At the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council held on January 30 in Moscow, the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan addressed the issue of the movement of goods sold by Kyrgyz sellers within the framework of electronic commerce, particularly on the Wildberries platform.

Previously, Kyrgyz entrepreneurs faced difficulties due to sudden changes in the rules for working with the Russian market. In the autumn of 2025, supplies of goods from Kyrgyzstan nearly ceased: goods were delayed at the border due to new requirements for document processing and tax payments in Russia. As a result, a key sales period was missed, as seasonal goods did not arrive in time at the warehouses.

The Ministry reported that, in collaboration with the authorized bodies of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and representatives of Kyrgyz business, as well as participants of electronic trading platforms, they managed to develop solutions to the arising problems.

According to the new model agreed upon with the Russian authorized bodies, goods from Kyrgyz sellers will be able to move to the warehouses of the electronic trading platform in another country without the transfer of ownership until they are sold to individuals. This is expected to simplify the process of moving goods, eliminating previous difficulties.

During the transportation of goods, two main documents will be processed: CMR and a waybill (TTN).

The Ministry of Economy promises to provide details about the new goods movement scheme later. A seminar with participants from the Wildberries platform is planned for this purpose.

The EEC Council also instructed to organize monitoring of the situation and promptly inform about any problems arising during the movement of goods within the framework of mutual electronic trade.
