A discussion was held in Moscow regarding the problems faced by Kyrgyz sellers on the Wildberries platform. At a press conference organized by the "Kabar" agency, the head of the coordination department of the EAEU at the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Elimbek Kanybek uulu, reported on the results of the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council, which took place on January 30.
During the meeting, a question raised by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Daniyar Amangeldiev, on December 5, 2025, concerning the difficulties faced by Kyrgyz sellers in the field of electronic commerce, particularly on the Wildberries platform, was discussed.

As a result of these efforts, a model for transporting goods from Kyrgyz sellers to the warehouses of the electronic trading platform in other member countries was approved, with ownership of the goods not transferring until they are sold to individuals. This model was approved by the authorized bodies of Russia, which will help eliminate previous difficulties with the movement of goods.
"According to the agreed model, two key documents will be issued during the transportation of goods – CMR and a waybill (TTN). To clarify the procedure for filling out these documents, an informational seminar with the participation of representatives from Wildberries is planned to be held soon at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic. The location and time of the event will be announced later," noted Elimbek Kanybek uulu.
He also added that following the discussion, the EEC Council decided to continue monitoring the situation and promptly inform about any problems arising in the process of mutual electronic trade.
