Today at a press conference, the director of the "Kyrgyz Export" Center under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, Urmat Takirov, announced that entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan can now supply light industry goods to Russian marketplaces without obstacles. All previously existing restrictions and administrative difficulties have been successfully eliminated.

According to Takirov, supplies will be carried out in a free mode, provided that all necessary documentation requirements are met. Earlier this year, the Kyrgyz side addressed the Eurasian Economic Commission with a request regarding the barriers faced by exporters. As a result, six meetings were held, during which all disputed issues were promptly resolved.

To ensure the unobstructed passage of goods across the border, entrepreneurs must prepare a complete set of accompanying documents, including an international consignment note (CMR), a waybill (TTN), and an invoice (SF).

“At the moment, sellers from Kyrgyzstan can freely ship their goods, specifying recipients in accordance with Russian legislation. When shipping to Wildberries, the documents should indicate Wildberries as the recipient, and for Ozon — the corresponding Russian Ozon,” added Urmat Takirov.

Additionally, starting April 1, a test launch of the Goods Waiting Confirmation System (SPOT) is planned, which will require recipients in Russia to register documents and make a security payment. However, an exception to this rule is expected for goods supplied to marketplaces.
