In Kyrgyzstan, the grain harvest has decreased, but the collection of vegetables and fruits has increased.

According to the National Statistical Committee, the gross grain harvest in Kyrgyzstan in 2025 amounted to 1.8 million tons, which is 14.2% less compared to 2024.

However, the harvest of fruit and berry crops increased by 17.5%, the rice yield rose by 17%, vegetables by 11.3%, melons by 7.1%, and corn for grain by 5.1%.

At the same time, there is a decrease in the gross wheat harvest by 26.8%, barley by 26.5%, sugar beet by 43.7%, tobacco by 44.2%, cotton by 49.2%, oilseeds by 11.7%, legumes by 3.6%, and potatoes by 1.7%.
