According to the commission's information, the new document will enable national exchanges to recognize the licenses of brokers and dealers, granting them the right to directly participate in trading operations, including transactions with securities and derivatives.
The implementation of this agreement is expected to be an important step towards strengthening and expanding mutual trade and investment cooperation within the EAEU, as well as serving as an incentive for the development of financial markets in the member countries of the Union.
