It is known that more than 1000 investors entrusted their funds to this company, transferring money to its accounts.
According to the investors, there should have been approximately 978 million soms remaining in the company's accounts.
A company representative indicated that the apartments were sold with a 10-year installment plan, without the need for a down payment and with monthly payments. In total, the company planned to build 2296 apartments, with the start of construction scheduled for 2024.
Some investors mentioned that they made a down payment of 15% of the apartment's cost.
It was also revealed that the land on which construction is taking place belongs to the Shopokov city administration. In exchange for allocating a plot of land larger than 8 hectares, the company committed to provide 140 apartments for municipal needs.
Tumanbaev announced his intention to create a commission to assess the current situation.
“If the company is unable to complete the construction, this property will be transferred to state ownership, as the land is already state-owned. We are awaiting a decision from the president on this matter,” he noted.
Kanaybek Tumanbaev also reminded about other problematic projects, such as KG Group and "Köçmön City," where hundreds of investors also faced issues. Currently, construction work on these sites continues with the support of the State Mortgage Company.
