Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed to implement a 'digital window' for tourists

Kyrgyzstan is taking steps to simplify travel for foreign citizens. The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, has issued an order to launch a unified digital platform that will consolidate all necessary tourist services in one place.

Currently, the tourism sector is facing serious challenges due to the fragmentation of services. Foreign tourists have to contact various government agencies to obtain visas, arrange medical insurance, and address logistics issues. This creates additional difficulties related to bureaucracy and language barriers, which negatively affects the country's image.

"Tourists should not waste time on bureaucratic procedures. We need a platform that gathers all government services, business offerings, and modern payment methods in one place. The entire process, from crossing the border to departure, should be fully digitized and intuitive," noted Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The formation of the "digital tourist window" will be handled by an interagency working group, which includes representatives from the Department of Tourism, the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Finance, and specialists from the state enterprise "Tunduk." In the near future, the group is expected to approve the technical parameters of the new system and determine funding sources. It is anticipated that the new platform will serve as a significant incentive to increase tourist flow and make stays in Kyrgyzstan as comfortable as possible.
