Citizen A.I. submitted a statement to the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District of the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, requesting assistance in connection with an attack. According to him, on December 19, 2025, unknown individuals inflicted bodily harm on him without apparent reason and threatened him with an object that looked like a gun. This information was reported by the Bishkek City Police Department.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the incident was provoked by events that took place on December 6, 2025. On that day, A.I. was detained by representatives of the Anti-Narcotics Service of the Bishkek City Police Department, during which he voluntarily surrendered powerful medication tablets. A criminal case was initiated regarding this incident under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of narcotic substances.
During the interrogation, A.I. stated that he had purchased potent drugs from a woman named A.M., born in 1995. On December 29, 2025, she was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
Furthermore, it became known that A.M.'s husband, citizen N.A., threatened A.I. with an object resembling a gun, demanding that he change his previously given testimony.
In connection with these events, criminal cases were opened under Articles 280 (hooliganism) and 355 (threat or violence in connection with pre-trial proceedings) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Based on Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, citizen N.A., born in 1997, was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department as a suspect in the commission of the aforementioned crimes.
