The physical volume index for 2025 was 110.2%. For comparison, in the same period last year, this figure reached 115%.
In December 2025, the production volume of bakery products and baked goods amounted to 2 billion 121.1 million soms, exceeding the December figures of 2024, when it was 1 billion 417.3 million soms. The physical volume index in December 2025 was 128.2%, while in December 2024, this figure was 111.6%.
Thus, despite the slowdown in growth rates overall for 2025, there was a significant increase in the production volumes of bakery products in December.
