
It became known that S.K.O. used his position to gain financial benefits by extorting 2000 US dollars from individuals on probation. Otherwise, he threatened to appeal their sentences, which could lead to actual imprisonment.
On February 1 of this year, as a result of operational activities conducted by the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of a representative of the General Prosecutor's Office, S.K.O. was caught red-handed while receiving part of the bribe amounting to 140,000 soms.
At the moment, the detainee has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing to identify other possible criminal actions and the potential involvement of other officials.
