During the raid, 24 packs of illegal electronic cigarettes and 33 units of substances resembling snus were also seized, according to information from the State Tax Service. All identified goods were confiscated in accordance with established procedures, and the collected materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
It is important to note that obstructing the lawful actions of officials during tax control entails liability under the law. Furthermore, a fine of 100,000 soms is imposed for the sale of fewer than 200 units of excise goods without excise stamps. For the sale of more than 200 units, criminal liability may arise, with a possible imprisonment of up to 7 years.
