The draft law was initiated by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Minister of Economy and Commerce, Bakyt Sydykov, presented information about this draft law.
He noted that the changes proposed by the draft law are aimed at simplifying and optimizing the procedures for state procurement.
In addition, the document introduces the concept of a state assignment in the context of state procurement to fulfill key and strategic tasks for the state.
“Improving the legal regulation in the field of state procurement will be an important step towards sustainable development and strengthening the institutional structure of our state,” he added.
