Minister of Economy and Commerce Bakyt Sydykov stated that the purpose of this draft law is to ensure more effective and reasonable use of funds from both the republican and local budgets in the process of state procurement. The proposed changes in the document aim to simplify and optimize these processes.
As part of the draft law, the concept of a state assignment is introduced, which will be used to fulfill key and strategic tasks of the state in the field of procurement. It is proposed that the execution of the state assignment be carried out through the conclusion of a civil law contract between the state customer and the contractor.
