During an inspection conducted by the Sokuluk district prosecutor's office, it was found that some employees of the inter-district center for disease prevention and state sanitary-epidemiological supervision, instead of issuing written warnings and conducting control checks, unlawfully imposed fines on entrepreneurs.
As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, proceedings were initiated against three employees of the center under Article 436 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the court imposed a fine of 15,000 soms on each of them. Additionally, seven more employees were held accountable for disciplinary violations.
Furthermore, thanks to the actions of the prosecutor's office, three unlawful rulings on penalties issued against individual entrepreneurs were revoked.
