According to Nurdana Oruntaeva, over the past four years, more than 300 social facilities with signs of emergency conditions have been identified in the country. As a result of the implementation of the program for the construction of new buildings, the number of emergency schools has significantly decreased and now stands at around 100. "We will continue our work on the modernization of such facilities this year. I am confident that in the coming years we will be able to completely solve the problem of emergency schools," noted the minister. Deputy Egenberdieva called for the construction of a new educational institution in the village of Kurshab for the Tangatarov school, which was built in 1960 and accommodates 350 students. She pointed out that the current state of the building does not meet modern standards. The school has already secured a place in the title list for 2026, and the deputy expressed hope that the construction will be monitored to ensure that the project is not postponed to the following year.
She also drew attention to the lack of kindergartens in the region: in the Kurshab rural area, the availability of preschool institutions is only 21%. The deputy suggested considering the possibility of constructing a new kindergarten.
