According to him, there are 120 schools operating in Bishkek, which can accommodate 104,117 students, however, the actual number of students is 261,107.

- Sverdlovsky District — 35 educational institutions, designed capacity 29,732, number of students 66,747;
- First May District — 27 schools, designed capacity 20,962, number of students 58,085;
- Leninsky District — 36 schools, designed capacity 30,402, number of students 91,487;
- October District — 22 educational institutions, designed capacity 23,021, number of students 44,788.
