In the city of Osh, a problem identified in the cafeteria of the "Zhetigen" school has been resolved. This was reported by the local city hall.
Recall that on January 28, during a morning raid, Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev discovered violations in the organization of meals at the educational institution. As a result of the inspection, the cook at the school was replaced, and the quality of bread and sweet pastries provided to students was improved.
Local authorities announced that control over the quality of school meals will be strengthened.
It was previously reported that in Kyrgyzstan, 14 soms are allocated per day for the meals of one elementary school student. In Bishkek, this amount is 22 soms, while in Osh it is 15 soms, funded by the budgets of the local city hall.
