Specialists noted that the building does not meet the necessary operational standards and is unable to withstand potential earthquakes, which poses a serious threat to the theater's staff.
In order to ensure the safe operation of the workshops and create comfortable conditions for employees, a decision has been made to allocate a new plot of land in the city for the construction of a modern building. The project for the preparation and construction of the new facility has already been included in the ministry's plans.
The emergency building will be transferred to the balance of the Ministry of Finance.
